The internet era has brought a paradigm shift in the economic structure along with the aspirations of the young Indian. One such industry to adapt to the paradigm shift on account of new ideas and new startups coming into the game has been the sports industry. From a partially neglected industry in India to now a rapidly developing space with innovations taking place every other day, the sports industry in India is on the journey of transformation. The advent of live streaming sports directly on the OTT platforms has been a driving force in this journey. Taking this transformation to the grassroots level, at all tiers in India is SportVot. SportVot has paved the way by creating one-stop place for the entire sports community across multiple sports. After the success of the first league, another league called “SportVot Mumbai Suburb Kabaddi Championship” was organised in which 600+ players and 64+ local kabaddi teams had registered and participated. Understanding the key inhibitions of the players aspiring to take up professional sports, such initiatives that create opportunities for players has been an important step.

Along with the state and district sports tournaments, the studio and OTT services streamed several private sports tournaments on the app as well. Over the course of three years, SportVot has developed an elite clientele with profound organisations such as the Naval Tata Hockey Academy, the Barca Academy, the Shikhar Dhawan Foundation, the Padukone Sports Management, the Streetball League (Basketball league by Rannvijay), the Rajasthan United Football Club, the Red Bull Half-Court Basketball, the IIT Sports, the Rotary Club of India, Maharashtra Kabaddi Association, Nashik Cricket Association, and many more.  The organization has been involved in key tournaments such as the 70th Maharashtra State level Kabaddi Championship held in Ahmednagar or the Santosh Trophy Football tournament in Delhi.

Amongst other tournaments, one of the most significant tournaments to be digitised and live streamed on the app, is the Brahmaputra Volleyball League in Assam. It is the biggest volleyball league in the state and has 4000+ athletes from above 300 small villages of Assam participating in the league. SportVot helps the viewers stay updated about the game in real time with a professional layout and premium broadcasting and data solutions.
